WHAT TO EXPECT
REGISTER FOR CLASS: Please use your MINDBODY online to account to register for the class. Class registration window: You may sign up for a class 48 hours before the class starts. Registration closes 4 hours before the start of class.
WHAT TO BRING: We recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel to class
WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear comfortable athletic attire. No street clothes, shoes, or workbooks allowed.
ARRIVE EARLY: Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class for a brief overview of the days class and to learn how to properly execute the movements.
CHECK - IN: Check-in using the MINDBODY app when you arrive to class
PAYMENT POLICY: Payments must be made in advance via MindBody. No admittance without appropriate payment.

CANCELATION POLICY:
- Early Cancel. An early cancel is any cancellation (online or by email) that occurs more than 12 hours prior to the start of your class. If you early cancel, you will not be charged.
- Late Cancel. A late cancel is any cancelation that occurs less than 12 hours prior to the start of your class.
- No Show. No shows will be charged for the session, and multi-class pass holders will be charged one class.
