12 week Golf FITNESS Program
Your body is the most important piece of equipment. A TPI certified fitness professional will assess your biomechanics and golf swing to identify any physical limitations and then prescribe functional movements to correct ensure proper firing (kinematic) sequence.

How can a TPI Certified Professional help you play better golf?
- We’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment of your mechanics and biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, and health history to help us identify any physical limitations that may adversely affect your golf swing.
- Upon completion of the assessment, you’ll receive a custom fitness program designed to correct any physical limitations to ensure proper firing sequence in your golf swing.
- We’ll work directly with your Golf Pro to help integrate your new physical skills so you can start playing better golf.
TPI MOVEMENT SCREEN - "If you're not assessing, you're guessing"
The physical screen is a series of functional movement tests designed to measure muscular/joint imbalances and how they correlate to your golf swing pattern. TPI movement screening gives golfers the opportunity to experience the same physical assessment and fitness training as the pros, regardless of age, current fitness level or handicap.
