How do I book a personal training session?  
 You can book and pay for a personal training using our web-based scheduler, Vagaro. 

How will I know my session is confirmed?
Your fitness trainer will receive a request about your reservation and will confirm your session in Vagaro.  You'll receive an confirmation email when your session is approved.
