Our group fitness classes are designed to help you lose body fat, build lean muscle, and make you perform your absolute best. All of Synergy's group fitness programs are designed to encourage a positive and supportive environment. CLASS DESCRIPTIONSSTRENGTH & CONDITIONINGThis 45-minute class is designed to help you burn fat and build lean muscle while improving your athletic performance. Each class begins with a group warm-up (typically lasting 5 minutes) progressing from stationary to dynamic movements. Students will train together as partners or small groups depending on the class size. A typical class combines functional resistance training with high-intensity circuits
FLOW YOGA w/Jeanette langThis Flow Yoga class is a good workout and will help you push the “reset” button on your day. We begin with sun salutations and standing poses to increase your heart rate and build strength, and then move to the floor to work on improving flexibility and mobility. We emphasize developing a steady, meditative focus that will help you eliminate distractions and manage stress. This class is suitable for students of all levels; yoga beginners are welcome! Come see how even a quick yoga routine can shift you into a better frame of mind for the rest of your day!
