"The staff and I have made it our priority to be a model of integrity and service for personal training clients in downtown Albany. All of our fitness professionals have received Exercise Science degrees and/or certifications from nationally accredited organizations allowing us the ability to accommodate clients of different ages, medical conditions, and level of experience.

Our professional staff is available by appointment to assist you in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through our personal training and group exercise services.

Burn Fat Fast with Sprint Intervals

If you're looking to burn body fat and lose weight, try this sprint interval workout. For best results, use a stationary cycle, stairmaster, or rowing ergometer.

- Warm up for 4 minutes at a level 2 (little or no exertion).
- Sprint HARD for 30 seconds, this should be MAXIMUM effort. 
- Recover at a level 2 for 4 minutes.
- Alternate between sprinting and recovery
- Repeat 5-7 times.
