If you're looking to burn body fat and lose weight weight, try this sprint interval workout. For best results, use a stationary cycle, stairmaster, or rowing machine. Warm up for 4 minutes at a level 2 (little or no exertion) Sprint HARD for 30 seconds, this should be MAXIMUM effort. Recover at a level 2 for 4 minutes.
