BRYAN NUNZIATO, OWNER & FOUNDER
Bryan is the owner of Synergy Fitness & Nutrition, LLC and has over 20 years of professional fitness training experience. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Skidmore College in 2007 and is personal trainer certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Bryan is also a golf performance specialist certified by the TItleist Performance Institute (TPI), certified Hardstyle Kettlebell Instructor, USAW Sports Performance Coach.
In 2008, Bryan collaborated with Omni Development Company, Inc to assist in the design and management of Omni Fitness Center, a state-of the -art fitness facility located at 54 State Street in downtown Albany. Here is where you'll find Bryan and his team working to keep their members and clients healthy and fit.
Bryan co-hosted a live, call-in radio program on Talk 1300 AM called "Weigh in on Wellness" and authored numerous fitness and nutrition articles for the Downtown Digest. He also contributed to the health and fitness column in the Times Union and Healthy Life Magazine and appeared as a fitness expert on WTEN News Channel 10 and WNYT News Channel 13.
In 2015, Synergy was contracted to design and manage an onsite fitness center for one of the largest semiconductor manufacturers in the world, GLOBALFOUNDRIES. FAB 8 Fitness is open 24/7 and available exclusively to employees of GLOBALFOUNDRIES.

Maile Barcelon is the owner of Crossover Fitness and holds a certification in Group Exercise Training by AFAA. She is also a Pro Team Instructor for INSANITY, CIZE, and PiYo. In addition, Maile provides personal and group Coaching in fitness, wellness, and nutrition both locally and nationally.
Maile is originally from Honolulu, Hawaii and has transitioned as a resident of Upstate New York where she has lived for over 15 years. Her goal is to bring health and fitness to local communities through exercise and wellness while at the same time helping clients accomplish confidence, strength, and transformation.

Mike is the Owner & Founder of On the Move Fitness and has earned his B.S. degree in Kinesiology. He is very passionate about changing lives. A former college baseball pitcher, Mike found his love of training, striving to reach his full potential with everything he does. Studying human anatomy and physiology, behavior science and nutrition, he wants to help people enjoy a healthier, energetic life. He has trained over 5,000 one-on - one clients, over 3,000 small group fitness classes and has been training for 10 years himself.

Jeanette Lang is a Clifton park resident who has been in the health and fitness industry for 10 yrs. Jeanette is a graduate of Hunter College and worked in New York City for 15 + yrs as a nurse where she realized her calling was to help people be more proactive in their approach to health and wellness. Jeanette specializes in core strength, strength & conditioning and full- body transformation .
She provides a sound body philosophy, which is balancing cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and the mind body connection into a realistic training plan for all individuals. She believes fitness should be a part of any balanced lifestyle and is important for all ages, abilities and walks of life.
Jeanette loves making exercise fun, motivating and inspiring and enjoys taking people on a personal journey where they apply courage to find new levels of fitness. She is focused on helping her clients reach their full strength capabilities and giving them the confidence to take on more!
Known for the design and implementation of adaptive workout programs, Jeanette believes that every one can exercise and make a positive difference in their life. Compassionate and confident, she is passionate about making training sessions fun, yet challenging, educational and most importantly effective.

Health and fitness have always been a passion of mine. Due to my own struggles with weight, infertility and finding a healthy balance, I can relate on a very personal level with my clients.
