Synergy Super Circuit.
This 30-minute class is guaranteed to make you sweat. Exercises are arranged in a "circuit" allowing you to move from one exercise to the next in time intervals established by your instructor. Classes typically consist of functional strength training, cardio intervals, plyometrics and core conditioning exercises. Students are always encouraged to train at their own pace.

Spinning is a 60-minute indoor cycling class using state-of the-art Star Trac Spinner Pro bicycles. Your instructor will guide you over steep hills and fast flats, challenging your physical and mental endurance.
